เมื่อวันที่ 21 มีนาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) พร้อมคณะเจ้าหน้าที่สารสนเทศ จัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตรในรูปแบบแดชบอร์ด (Dashboard) จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู (ระบบ Looker Studio) ณ ห้องประชุมภูพานคำ ชั้น 4 ศาลากลางจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยมีผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู (นายสุรศักดิ์ อักษรกุล) ได้เป็นประธานเปิดการฝึกอบรม และได้ให้แนวทางแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม เพื่อจัดทำและพัฒนาข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตร ให้มีความถูกต้อง ทันสมัยและพร้อมใช้งานเพื่อประโยชน์ของเกษตรกรและประชาชนในจังหวัด การจัดฝึกอบรมครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้หน่วยงาน กระทรวง เกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ร่วมกันบูรณการการจัดทำ ระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตรที่สำคัญของจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ให้อยู่ในรูปแบบแดชบอร์ด เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางแผน และกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาการเกษตร และติดตามผล การดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานในจังหวัด ซึ่ง ผอ. สศท. 3 ได้บรรยายเรื่อง การจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตรในรูปแบบแดชบอร์ด ด้วย Application สาธารณะ (ระบบ Looker Studio) เพื่อประโยชน์เชิงบริหารราชการของจังหวัด และนางสาวรุจิรา ตาลาคุณ นักวิชาการคอมพิวเตอร์ ทำหน้าที่เป็น วิทยากรการฝึกบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เนื้อหาการฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วย 6 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) การคัดเลือกข้อมูล 2) การจัดระเบียบข้อมูล 3) การเลือกวิธีการ แสดงข้อมูล 4) การอัพเดตและการจัดการข้อมูล 5) การนำเสนอข้อมูล ที่สามารถใช้งานได้ง่าย และ 6) การทดสอบและการปรับปรุงตาม feedback ซึ่งมีเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมฯ 14 หน่วยงาน รวมจำนวน 35 คน #สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 #Dashboard The Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3) conducts a workshop on "Creating Agricultural Information in the Form of Dashboards (Dashboard) in Nong Bua Lamphu Province" On March 21, 2025, Ms. Usa Thonapalin, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), along with the information staff, organized a workshop on "Creating Agricultural Information in the Form of Dashboards (Dashboard) in Nong Bua Lamphu Province (using Looker Studio)" at the Phuphan Kham Conference Room, 4th Floor, Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Hall. The Governor of Nong Bua Lamphu Province, Mr. Surasak Aksakornkul, presided over the opening of the training session and provided guidance to the training participants on how to develop and enhance agricultural information systems, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for the benefit of farmers and the public in the province. The goal of this training was to encourage cooperation among agricultural and cooperative agencies in Nong Bua Lamphu to integrate and develop key agricultural information into a dashboard format for use in planning agricultural development and monitoring performance. The Director of ROAE3 delivered a lecture on creating agricultural information in the form of a dashboard using public applications (Looker Studio) for administrative purposes at the provincial level. Ms. Rujira Talakun, a computer science expert, served as the trainer for the workshop. The training covered six key topics: 1. Data selection 2. Data organization 3. Data presentation method 4. Data updates and management 5. Presenting easily accessible information 6. Testing and improving based on feedback A total of 35 participants from 14 government agencies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nong Bua Lamphu attended the workshop. #Regional Office Agricultural Economics 3 #Dashboard
