On November 25, 2024, Mr. Chantanon Wannakejohn, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), along with Dr. Kanchana Khwanmuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the OAE, Ms. Hiranya Sarasom, Director of the International Agricultural Economics Division, and other officials, warmly welcomed Mr. OGAWA Ryosuke, Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries of Japan (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries: MAFF), and a delegation from Chitose Bio Evolution.

The visit was an opportunity for the delegation to present the significant role of Chitose Bio Evolution in driving the bioeconomy. Additionally, both parties engaged in discussions on the potential for promoting sustainable agricultural cooperation between Thailand and Japan. The meeting was held at Meeting Room 1, 3rd Floor, Innovation Building, Office of Agricultural Economics.
